We redrew every page, from the home page through checkout to the dashboard. Colors are lighter, headings plainer, and the dashboard tables now fit on a phone without sideways scrolling. The bigger changes are below.
Clear or confirm a match
Every possible match now has a status: to review, cleared as a false positive, or confirmed. That covers single searches, batch rows and monitored names. A decision needs a short written reason, and it lands in your audit trail as its own row with who made the call and when. Change your mind later and the new decision is added as another row. The old one stays.
A cleared match stays quiet on the daily monitoring re-check. If the listed entry itself changes (name, aliases, program, remarks, locations or identifiers), you get an alert and the match goes back to review.
PDF records on paid plans
On Starter and above, each web search and batch file comes with a timestamped PDF record and a permanent link you can hand an auditor. No extra charge. That used to be the $9.99 one-off report, and the free search and the 14-day trial still pay $9.99 per report.
Review each match and keep the record
Mark a match cleared or confirmed with a note. The decision is saved with the date and who made it.
Excel uploads
Batch screening and the monitoring upload take .xlsx and older .xls workbooks as well as CSV. We read the first sheet. Batch results download as Excel too. The upload page links a template with the column names we recognize automatically.
Match strength and optional lists
Dashboard search and batch upload now have a match strength setting. Broad, Standard and Strict set the cut-off at 30%, 40% and 80%, and your audit trail records which you used. Anything scoring 50% or higher is still flagged as a match, so Strict will hide matches between 50% and 80%.
Some lists now stay out of your results unless you tick them. UAE Local Terrorist List, Japan MOF, Israel NBCTF crypto wallets, France Registre des gels, Poland MSWiA, Mexico SAT 69-B, FBI Most Wanted, FinCEN Special Measures and UFLPA Entity List are optional. You choose when to include them. Add them to a search, a batch or daily monitoring. On the API, name them in the new lists parameter.
A calendar of list changes
Our home page and the sanctions list updates page now show the past year as a calendar. One square is one day, and darker means busier. Point at or tap a day to see what each list added, removed or updated. Over the past year the lists changed on more days than not, which is why we re-check your saved names every day and not just once at onboarding.
